For booking, account, payment, or cleaner-portal help, contact Deposit Ready Clean and include only the information needed to identify the issue.
Sign-in help
Admins and cleaners must use the email address connected to their authorised Supabase account. If access is rejected, contact the admin rather than creating a new account. Never send your password by email.
Photo and camera help
On iPhone, allow camera or photo-library access when prompted. Cleaner photos upload only from an assigned job and are stored in private storage. If an upload fails, keep the app open, confirm your internet connection, and retry with an image smaller than 5 MB.
Payment help
Stripe Checkout opens in a secure browser view. Return to the app after payment to refresh the job. Deposit Ready Clean never asks for card details by email and does not store full card numbers.
Include with a report
Your role, page name, iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description. Do not include passwords, card details, or secret keys.
Security concern
Sign out if possible and email us promptly. Do not post customer information or screenshots publicly.
